This Colorshifting Pigment has best color coverage and shifting effect over a black base. Alaskan Nights Colorshift starts with a nice tealish-blue color and then goes to a beautiful violet/purple color. In pigment form though, you will see a purple color in powder form.
- Sprayed over a black base here
- Micron Size: 10-60
- Pearl load suggestion:
Removeable coatings: 25-50 grams per gallon (start with 25g per gallon and spray a test panel. Confirm color coverage and adjust to personal liking)
Standard Automotive Clears: 25 Grams per Quart - Spraying a sample is always suggested
- Lower pigment loads will result in the base showing more than the Alaskan Nights Pearl. Higher pigment loads or more coats will have a more fuller effect. Too many coats/pigment can result in over saturation of color. Checkout this blog post here on grams per gallon.
